CUPE International 2015 /2016

2015 2016

At the beginning of each year there is a small window for reflection before the normal rush of things to be done starts again. This year that time seems to be just a few hours as we are already booked to work with clients in the next few days. It is good news for CUPE and our clients as we are able to offer more and more of what our clients need and help you to solve real business issues.

2015 was our best year ever with growth in all areas of the business, new clients, new services and new products. We were delighted to start delivering remote PMO services working with a bank. Through this work we are helping the organisation to adopt a bespoke method which we introduced a year ago as well as supporting projects and programmes deliver more effectively. Our consultancy celebrated successes with advice being provided to some blue chip organisations as well as SMEs. Interim project managers have made their mark with one being invited to continue into a second year at a major international company. We were also invited substantially more often to coach individuals with a subsequent improvement in performance.

We continued to deliver all the project, programme and portfolio management subjects with great success shown by both the feedback we receive and also the excellent exam results, which continue to be well above the international averages. 2015 has seen ITIL take off as well as our PPM and AgilePM training. We are now regularly delivering ITIL Foundation and Intermediate level topics in international settings. We have welcomed several new trainers to support the ITIL work who have fitted nicely with the high standards of delivery and customer service for which CUPE is known.

Our partners are particularly important to us as shown by the improvements made this year with the introduction of the monthly partner webinars, partner portal, dedicated Partner Manager and monthly newsletter. We have welcomed new partners in 2015 and are in discussion with others even as this is being written.

So, looking forward to 2016, I am expecting to build on this success and continue to have clients whose expectations are exceeded. We will be working with more consulting partners in 2016, offering more topics in e-learning format and building on the portfolio expansion including PRINCE2 Agile, AXELOS Continuing Professional Development Scheme and ITIL Intermediate. ITIL Practitioner is being added in the first quarter from the AXELOS range. CUPE is also working on a new method to improve productivity, operational effectiveness and improve efficiency to bring you back into the black, should this be needed. We will be updating you regularly with information about developments during the year through our blogs, newsletters and website.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in CUPE International in 2015 and we look forward to working with you in 2016.
