This APMG accredited Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course will enable you to apply Change Management approaches and techniques to a real change initiative. The course is designed for people who need to understand the challenges of introducing change including why change happens, how change happens and how to overcome resistance to change.
There are four modules on the course which cover the scope of the Change Management Foundation qualification, dealing with the theories of how change impacts on and is affected by the:
- Individual
- Team
- Organisation
- Change leader
The Practitioner aspect of the course builds on this learning and explores topics in more depth for an enhanced understanding.
The Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course covers four key areas including:
- Change and the Individual
- Change and the Organisation
- Communications and Stakeholder engagement
- Change management Practice
Exam Format For Foundation Certificate
- Multiple choice,
- Total of 50 questions,
- 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%,
- 40 minutes duration,
- Closed book.
Exam Format For Practitioner Certificate
- Objective testing
- 4 questions each worth 20 marks based on the syllabus areas.
- 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
- 2.5 hours (150 mins) duration
- Open book – The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used in the exam.
