I would recommend Sarah as a amazing trainer. She understood different learning styles and had emotional intelligent to give people extra attention where required.

She understood the nerves involved with having to sit exams and made people feel at ease in the classroom so they could concentrate on the task in hand rather than allowing the panic to set in at thought of the exams at the end of the week.

I attended a training course facilitated by Sarah in March. Her approach to teaching I found really engaging and she really catered for everyone’s learning styles and needs. It was particularly impressive how she managed to keep virtual attendees and in-person attendees equally engaged in the lessons.

Sarah ensured that each lesson was an open conversation, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great trainer in change management!

The course was great and Tanvir was a great trainer. He went through everything clearly, was very knowledgeable in the subject and allowed sufficient opportunities to ask questions. There’s no hiding the fact that the topic itself can be a bit dry at times which is just the nature of it, but Tanvir made it an enjoyable experience. For me, as I work in a 3PM on a programme and projects that are derived from the BBC model and work in its daily it did make the course a lot more relatable and understandable, but I definitely learnt a lot to take back. All in all, I can’t fault the experience.

Better Business Cases Foundation Course – March 2025

I cannot recommend CUPE International highly enough as a training provider. Not only were they the most competitively-priced of the providers I looked at, they also provided excellent course materials, an outstanding training venue and facilities and brilliant tuition…..CUPE is also unique in that the trainers are active Management Consultants, working on client projects in-between delivering training – this meant that we were given up-to-date, real life examples which added flavour to the course content and made it mean something in real-terms… I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience this week very much!

Sarah was my Trainer for APMG Change Management Practitioner & Foundation course. I would recommend Sarah without a shadow of a doubt. Before attending the course, I was hesitant whether the timeframe of 5 days is sufficient to cover the course materials. But Sarah delivered the course without rushing through the materials, giving attendees plenty of time to ask questions and encouraged discussions. Sarah brought in real life examples alongside theories. It was evident that Sarah has extensive knowledge and experience in Change Management. I was so pleased with Sarah’s delivery that I would certainly request her as Trainer for my next APMG adventure.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Sarah on the APMG Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course. Sarah is exceptional at what she does. Not only is she able to clearly explain how the strategies around change management work, but she is also able to teach the reality of how to apply them within the real world. Sarah showed genuine care for us all to pass the course successfully, but beyond that, she genuinely wanted us all to succeed in what we do and our future careers.
