The team at CUPE know that we deal with enthusiastic and capable Project Managers. We have had the question of competence raised with us many times. Indeed we have conducted competence assessment centres for many of our clients.
We know from you that there is a need for a project management assessment tool which is not method specific, but based on best practice. So our team are working on it! We plan to provide a quick (10 minutes or less) assessment which is completely free of charge and simply gives you an overall score. We will have a more in-depth version (30 minutes or less) which will give comprehensive feedback with a full report on all the areas of project management practice.
The full report will enable you as a professional to identify your strengths and weaknesses in specific areas. This will mean you can pinpoint gaps in knowledge, skills or experience helping to plan your next development steps.
