Jim Tebby and Helen Morris are the lead ITIL Trainers for CUPE International and Best Practice Training respectively. They have a wealth of experience in both teaching and consulting on ITIL practice. This makes them ideal to lead this webinar. They are very familiar with the new ITIL Practitioner.
